Maipuda Accessories Factory sells Nanyang micro wastewater valve that use electromagnetic energy to efficiently control wastewater discharge. They are compatible with most water purifiers, are very easy to install, and are a good choice for both household and commercial use.
The Nanyang micro wastewater valve features a universal 2-point quick-connect interface (1/4 inch, diameter accurate to ±6.5mm) with a simple interface design. Available in 120CC and 150CC models, it meets different wastewater flow requirements and effectively solves problems such as no wastewater discharge from water purifiers, ensuring normal operation. It includes a water flow direction arrow and a built-in check valve to clearly indicate the water flow direction and effectively prevent backflow. Suitable for water circuit control and maintenance scenarios in various water purifiers.

1. Machine keeps running, wastewater keeps flowing:
Turn off the water purifier's power. If wastewater continues to flow, the inlet solenoid valve is faulty; if wastewater stops flowing, the check valve or high-pressure switch is faulty.
2. Low purified water flow, high wastewater flow:
First, replace the pre-filter. If the problem persists, block the wastewater pipe (by bending the wastewater pipe by hand). If the flow rate increases significantly, the inlet solenoid valve or water pump is faulty. If troubleshooting is difficult, replace both the inlet solenoid valve and the water pump simultaneously.
3. No wastewater discharge from the water purifier:
Disconnect the wastewater solenoid valve's inlet pipe. If wastewater is discharged, replace the wastewater solenoid valve.
